What to Expect in a Session

What to Expect in a Healing Touch Session:

Cherry-Lee begins all treatments with a discussion of your healing needs and goals. A review of your medical and lifestyle history and family patterns is often important. Treatments last between 60 and 90 minutes.

Sessions are conducted lying down on a massage table in a state of relaxation. Clients are fully clothed with only the shoes and belt off. A blanket is available for comfort. At the end of a session clients frequently feel grounded and connected. Many experience a reduction in pain and anxiety. Follow-up will be discussed which may include self-care techniques such as reading, diet, exercise, meditation, journaling or ritual.

What to Expect in a Shamanic Session:

A Shamanic Session has much of the same basic set up as the Healing Touch Session. Your participation in the Shamanic Session will be more active. Some special tools may be used in these sessions:

Stones, Palo Santos, Florida Water, Fire, Vogel Crystal Wand, Small Ceremonial Knife, or Rattle
